Samuel Tiamiyu is a highly regarded Nigerian Property Lawyer and real estate professional, popularly known as the “First Class Property Lawyer.” He brings a unique combination of legal expertise, commercial insight and practical experience to real estate transactions and investment decisions.

He holds an LL.B. from Obafemi Awolowo University, where he graduated with a Second-Class Upper Division and ranked among the top 5% of his class, and a First-Class B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, where he ranked among the top 3%.

With experience spanning property law, real estate transactions, due diligence, property management and business advisory, Samuel has worked with property owners, investors, developers, realtors and businesses, providing practical legal solutions designed to protect interests and create greater certainty in real estate transactions.
